Our next Game Server: You decide!!!

Many of you will be aware that we have drop our main TF2 sever from 32 slots to 24 to save some money which we want to put back into 8U and get us another game server. Problem is we can’t decided, (well when I say ‘we’ I really mean me), on what to get.

We only want to get another game server it if is used regular by you people. I’ve noticed that about half of 8U play 'Left 4 Dead 2' and the peak amount of people playing every day is around the 18,000 in the Steam community. I’ve also noticed that about half the clan has Garry’s Mod, with a peak amount of about 4000 people a day.

Compare that with 78,000+ peak amount daily for Counter-Strike: Source and the 60,000+ for Counter-Strike, plus the 8500+ for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and things become difficult to decide.

So we have decided to leave it with you people to decide for us, (could be a good idea, could be a bad idea! :/). Above is a selection of game servers, which cost about the same amount for you vote on. You can vote for as many as you like and you can even cancel your vote/s if you change you mind. The poll will run for the next 10 days (17th June).

Also please leave a comment in the selection below on which game is best and why you think we should get the server/s you voted for.

If we set up a gmod server we can install a shitton of different mods and gamemodes and do different stuff every week or two. It would be pretty fun!

the only problem is that i don't know how to add addons to the GM server

Yh I think me and lewis we be incharge of installing all that with game modes etc. We are gonne be quite open with the gmod server as me and lewis just wanna pee about in it with ragdols and stuff and that garryware. We can also use it for god machinimas, i'll add the addon't and tools for that too

You can get the web browser up but you have to use the console and do we really wanna do that every time we wanna go on our server and then it may be full

At this rate, it looks like Garry's Mod is going to take a majority lead.

Ok before we choose a new sever should we not have a poll on wat games everybody has or wat games everyone plays most often
