Have you got what it takes to be the next Administrator?

After a friend of mine, commented that my Facebook profile picture looked like Sir Alan Sugar, I have decided it is time to be on the look out for my next Administrators. Cue the music! dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun,

If everything goes to plan, we will be having this clan server by August, but I need to know who wants to be an admin.

I'm looking for someone who has experience or is willing to learn. I don't care where you have come from, weather you started in a council flat or with born with a silver spoon up your @ss. I'm looking for somebody who is drop dead shrewd. In the last couple of months, I have set up several areas on the net, where clan members can meet up and they all need admin to maintain and run them. this is starting to take a large amount of my free time and I to recruit some more admin to do the job. The admin at the moment for the various groups are:

Forum: Imacgta (Lewis), Average Jack (Jack), Demo Chicken (Ben), Stio_Naz (Mohammad) and Kenny (myself).

Steam Group: Imacgta (Lewis), Average Jack (Jack), Demo Chicken (Ben), Silent Angel (Lindsay), Stio_Naz (Mohammad) and myself (Kenny).

Facebook Group: Vezsivoo (Verity) and Kenny (myself)

The Facebook group is underused. I'm just too busy with the other parts of the clan to really concentrate on that and Verity has other commitments, so I would like a few more admin on that one to get the Facebook group moving. Responsible will be to find the clan members who are on Facebook, invite them to the group and keep it up to date with all the clan news and events.

I fairly happy with the amount of admin we have for the Steam group. So for now I'm not too concern about it, but I would like to see a bit more activity from them, e.g. Making L4D Wednesday a regular event and running it, plus organising and informing clan members about server events etc.

I would also like a few more admin on the forum, not just able to work the back end stuff, but also to enforce the rules, making sure the posts conform to them and splitting, merging, moving or deleting topics, when needed. Just day to day stuff which I can't be bog down with anymore, if we want to get things moving.

We also going to need admin for the new clan server itself, (it will be done by August, I don't want anymore questions about this over Steam!). I been talking to a few of you over the last couple days and I can confirm Imacgta (Lewis) and Silent Angel (Lindsay) will be the first two senior admin of the server, as they have the relevant skills and knowledge. I don't have a clue on this sort of thing. I'm just getting it set up, so I will be a junior admin for it. We will still need a few more senior and junior admin, with the lower rank ones doing the day to day stuff for the server.

I want to know who else want to be admin for the clan server or any other groups mention and tell me why I should heir you to be my next Administrator. Thanks

Something I've overlooked, when putting up this topic. When we get the Clan Server, we also get a Ventrillo server thrown in from the company, so I will need a few admin for that. I've hardly ever used Vent and so I'm after people who know it quite well and to manage it for us.

Im happy to be admins for both If you'll accept me I've got basic understanding of how it all works and within a week I'll be set and no my way around

i would love to be admin on the server. i also have a basic understanding and will work together with the other admins to maintain server.

Hi, i would like to be admin on the server, as I know a bit about this , having been an admin on cs for about 6 months, i know the basics, and am ready and willing to learn anything that is required. I think you should make me admin, as I am hardworking, sensible, mature, and would work with the other admins to keep the fun and friendly atmosphere that is the Eight Underworld, and continue it with other people. i would also like to admin vent, although i would need some help with this, as i have nver adminned vent before.

Hey i'd like the position of an admin after playing a whole lot on your server this week I see its empty for most of the day as im on the pc the most of the day i'd be happy to promote it via steam group and my podcast the electric gamesters. I could also go into the server and change a map depending on the preference of the players. I also spend alot of time on facebook nowerdays so if you want me to do that too with spelling correct i shall oblige!

I'll be more than happy to help out with the facebook group. I'm a college student, so that means I spend too much time on it anyway.

i really dont understand why your confused. "what can u bring to the job?" means what can u do for the clan?. its a simple question, so now u need to tell us what your good at and if u can do anything that will benifit 8U? is it clear now?

I would like to be an admin if I could. I'm a super facebook nerd and I would keep things up to date. I would post videos and post new TF2 info (like info about the new updates). I would get more people motivated to play on our server!
