Steam Group

I would like to get a create a Steam group within the next week or so for you guys, but I will need four things to be decided on:

1) Group name under Steam? Either The Eighth Underworld, The 8th Underworld or just 8th Underworld

2) Should we have abbreviation for the time being or just skip this for now?
The group abbreviation is a quick way people can identify you. Most people put this next to their name in the games they play. (Clan tags)

3) Group Link: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/???????????????????????????????????
This is how people will access the group's profile in the Steam Community, (can be the same as the group name).

4) Should it be public or not?
As Public groups can be joined by anyone without the need for invites. There is no limit to how many people can be members of a public group but there are also no restrictions on who can join. Gameplay statistics are not available for public groups or invite-only groups with more than 150 members. Public groups are recommended for game leagues and groups with wide-reaching appeal that anyone can join.

1) i like 'The 8th Underworld' as a steam group name

2) ias i said somehwere else i like (8U) too.

3)maybe stick to the group name to uncomplicate things.

4)Jack said something about not letting random 5yr olds into the clan for no apparent reason whatsoever and i agree with him. we should make it private. a group like the friends of GFF which i mistakenly joined is not really a group as it has so man members its ridiculous so private can keep it with people we may know or invite.

Yes Like JT said dont overcomplicate things, i recon 8th not Eighth it just seems easier to understand, I do think it should be private but we need to start getting other people into the clan so SPREAD THE WORD!

I think it is possible to change the clan tag after the group is set up.

i think that the group name shud be 8th underworld but the group link shud be steamcommunity.com/groups/eigthunderworld as i think it looks better also i think it shud be a private for the same reason as JT and that it means the group has members that know each other to a certain extent rather than a random person who cud be a weird(no offence to who ever the random person might be)

The reason I chosen the web address as eighth-underworld is because if we did eighthunderworld, I think people might misread it as eigh thunderworld and it just doesn't look right. I also wanted to avoid the same problem if I we used 8thunderworld, again can be read as 8 thunderworld.

The group name is The 8th Underworld, which was suggested by a few of you and I think this work well, cos of the clag tag is place straight after it. Just until we have finally decided on the Clan tag, we will be using [8U].
